Top Roofing Solutions is a directory connecting US homeowners with roofing contractors. We do not perform, supervise, or warrant any roofing work. Any contract you enter with a contractor listed on this site is solely between you and that contractor.
3. No Warranty on Contractor Quality
Contractor profiles include information self-reported by the contractor and verified by us where indicated. We do not guarantee the workmanship, pricing, business conduct, or licensing currency of any listed contractor. Always independently verify license status, insurance, and references before signing a contract.
4. Reviews
Reviews are submitted by site users and moderated for accuracy and abuse. Reviews represent the opinions of the reviewer and not Top Roofing Solutions. We may remove reviews that violate our review policy. We do not pay for reviews and do not allow contractors to remove negative reviews about themselves.
5. Contractor Listings
Contractors who list with us agree to: (a) provide accurate license, insurance, and business information; (b) respond to homeowner inquiries within 48 business hours; (c) maintain professional conduct; (d) abide by all applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove listings without refund for terms violations.
6. Subscriptions
Verified ($49/mo) and Premier ($149/mo) tiers are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for unused time but service continues to period end.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: scrape the site, submit fraudulent quote requests, post spam or fraudulent reviews, or attempt to bypass security measures. Violations result in account termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, and code is © Top Roofing Solutions. You may share links to public pages but may not copy, scrape, or redistribute content without written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
Top Roofing Solutions is provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or any contractor relationship initiated through the site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the site.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Top Roofing Solutions from any claims arising from your use of the site or any contractor relationship initiated through the site.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by US law. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
