Zilker Roofing was amazing from start to finish. Kelly Henry reached out right away and walked me through the entire process, making everything easy to understand. He was always available by phone or text to answer any questions, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Tyler, the co-owner, was also very helpful throughout the process.
At first, the insurance company didn’t want to cover a full roof replacement, but with Zilker Roofing’s help and expertise, we were able to get it approved. The team was honest, transparent, and very professional. They also worked around our schedule for the installation and used high-quality materials.

When we needed help with a major roof issue Tyler and Zilker were recommended to us by a neighbor. This is a highly trustworthy company with great consistent communication. Most people only have 1 or 2 opportunities to replace a roof during a lifetime of living in a home. That being the case it is extremely important that you find a roofer who is knowledgeable, with high quality workmanship, efficient operationally and deals with a high level of integrity. Zilker Roofing of Austin Texas was all this and much more. Tyler and James took us through the entire process from explanation of the process, to starting the project, dealt with a couple hidden surprises along the way and helped us with a complete package to deliver to the insurance company for the recoverable depreciation. If you want to deal with a high quality workmanship roofing company who also runs their operation with a high level of integrity in the Austin area, call Zilker Roofing. The drone pics during and after the project are pretty cool too!

Zilker Roofing was wonderful to work with! Their website says "Let our family help yours" and that is truly what they do. Co-owner Tyler Lawson was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. His brother, Richard, whom he founded the company with, found a few APR-friendly loans options for us, which was a lifesaver. The loan assisted us tremendously in filling the pretty large gap our homeowner's insurance was not going to cover for roof replacement. Zilker Roofing made getting a new roof easy and as stress-free as possible all while being super friendly. We couldn't be happier. And a shout out to Zilker project manager Billy. He stopped by our place of business to show us shingle color samples, helped us decide on the right color, and got us on the schedule immediately. He then texted us photos and drone footage of our beautiful new roof while we were at work. Zilker Roofing is a family-owned business filled with good people doing honest, high-quality work. Kelly and Tyler a really great. They are honest, transparent, and will work with you. Tyler helped us a while back to get a new roof for our house through hail damage claim. I reached out to him and Kelly recently about my mother’s roof which had hail damage. What can we say is terrific service and great quality. They have the knowledge and expertise to work with Insurance company directly. I highly recommend Zilker Roofing!!!!
