I contacted Matthew Lorand Roofing about a roof leak when I found water from a recent rain in my closet. Jason Joseph promptly came to inspect the roof of my duplex. He assured me the overall condition of my 8 year old roof was good. All it needed was replacing and resealing the vent covers that had deteriorated in the brutal Texas heat. I was relieved and very pleased with the estimate of less than $700. The crew arrived a few days later and did an excellent job.
