My house got hit by hail and I had to replace the roof, gutters, doors, etc. The first couple of times I hired a different company to do my roof and it was a disaster. LOA came in and did an excellent job all around in my house. It's a three story house and has a metal roof so it wasn't an easy job. They also did my gutters and installed a couple of doors and it's all looking great. Beyond that the price was much more reasonable than other companies. I also checked their work in a different property before I hired them and it was also good work.
I worked with Micah and he's very communicative, accommodating, and will go the extra mile to make sure your house looks beautiful, the site is clean and you are happy with the work.

Roof replacement due to age, so insurance wouldn’t cover it. Travis worked with me on a fair price, which I really appreciated. The crew showed up on schedule and completed the entire job in one day. They laid out large tarps around the house to catch debris and were very respectful throughout the process. They left my yard spotless and even checked with my neighbor to tidy up any pieces that went over the fence.
What I thought was rotted plywood turned out to be a loose fascia board. It wasn’t included in the original scope, but they had someone who could fix it right away along with a loose gutter, and it was all done with no delays. The project turned out great, and I’m very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them!
