American Home Shield contracted Elite Roofing to repair my roof after an ice storm caused a leak. Elite Roofing contacted me immediately and showed up on time when they said they would. They even texted me to let me know they were on the way. Wes took a look at the damage then scheduled a repair for the next week. Once again Elite Roofing showed up on time and texted before arriving. Jared sent pictures before, during, and after completing the repair. Jared also took the time to demonstrate how he completed the work and how the damage was caused originally. I wholeheartedly recommend this roofing company!

If you think customer service is a thing of the past, then call Elite Roofing! From scheduling the initial inspection to paying the invoice, the process could. It have been any easier or more pleasant. I had a few loose shingles, the kind of piddly job most companies wouldn’t even take the time to come out for but Elite treated it like the most important project they had. Communication from the office by Skye with the schedule, estimate and payment was efficient, friendly and easy. And Jared, the tech that inspected and did the repairs was phenomenal. He sent photos of the issues, explained what caused the problems and what he recommended to fix it, and then sent before and after photos of the repairs. Outstanding service, end to end!

He handled a home warranty roof leak as well as some other minor roof repairs for my home, and even texted to check in about how the repairs were holding up when soon after we got heavy rains in my area.
